CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Location: Cebu
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for our Travel Account, responsible for providing exceptional assistance and support to customers navigating travel-related inquiries, bookings, and issues. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for travel, and a commitment to ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
• Answering incoming calls from customers
• Sorting out customers’ inquiries or requests
• Ensuring that customers’ requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
• Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
• Delivering a high caliber of service in a friendly, confident, and informed manner
QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least HS (old curriculum) or SHS graduate
• With 6 months BPO Experience
• Willing to work in Cebu
• Willing to Work on Site
• Willing to work in shifting schedule
