Job Description

TASQ Staffing Solutions is actively recruiting call center agents in Cebu City.

Applicants must provide their certificate of employment from their last/current employer and their transcript of records, diploma, or claim slip after passing the pre-screening interview but it is not needed immediately after the over-the-phone interview.

We are seeking individuals who are senior high school graduates with 6 months of BPO experience or 4-year degree holders without BPO experience. Good to excellent English communication skills are required, and the work will be on-site in Cebu City.

Start dates are: May 24 and 31, and June 7 and 14, 2024.

The available position is for a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to assist customers through various channels such as phone calls, chats, and emails. This includes addressing customer needs, following company and client procedures and policies, clarifying information, providing suitable solutions, building rapport with customers, ensuring proper documentation, and meeting established targets.

This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package, including HMO coverage from day one, a 20%-night differential, allowances, and incentives. Specific salary details will be discussed directly with the client.
