Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma required
1-2+ year’s Customer Service/Call Center experience preferred, face-to-face customer service experience acceptable as well
Knowledgeable with Scientific / medical device / diagnostics / biotech / pharmaceutical, FDA knowledge preferred
Experience with Salesforce.com CRM preferred
Basic computer skills required
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English, in verbal and written format, important
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
