A Data Analyst (aka Inbound Sales Pricing Analyst) is expected to:

The Inbound Sales Pricing Analyst directly reports to the Sales Support Manager and is mainly responsible for completing competitive pricing comparisons, which include encoding information into a comparison tool, reconciling encoded information, reviewing the accuracy of information, and providing qualitative responses to internal sales consultants.

Analyzes the information gathered against the client’s pricing models

Updates comparison tool with additional details based on the competitive information gathered
Exceeds performance expectations by meeting daily, weekly and monthly targets while operating autonomously
Stays current with new products and market trends in the Payments industry
Complies with corporate policies established by the client, including but not limited to the HR Code of Conduct, Technology Policy & Privacy Policy

What it takes to be part of our team:

Need at least 6 months of BPO experience
Experience in Data Analysis
Previous Sales Pricing Analyst experience (preferred but not required)
Should be a great communicator, both written and verbal
Must be comfortable crunching numbers and making sense of data
Basic Microsoft Excel skills required
Must be willing to work onsite: Global one, Eastwood, Libis
Must be willing to work the night shift
