Your Role:
The Accounting Associate is responsible for ensuring timely payment of all AffinityX invoices by clients. This role involves coordinating with various departments such as Operations and Sales for disputed charges, Customer Service for call-out requests, and third-party collection vendors for escalated collections.

What you will do?
1. Monitor payment statuses, issue Statements of Accounts, and coordinate with customer service and collection agencies for support.
2. Record and post collection entries, investigate and resolve payment disputes, and assist in month-end closing activities.
3. Create and distribute invoices, prepare and analyze reports, document internal processes, and perform other project-related tasks.
