Qualifications:
-Must have 4 years total of CSR experience - VOICE INTERNATIONAL ACC
-Proven experience as a customer service representative or similar customer service role
-Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
-Excellent listening and comprehension abilities
-Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Customer-oriented mindset
-Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
-High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
