Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Ensure exceptional customer service through good communication skills (both conversational and assertive).
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information with a smile.
Collaborate with team members to create outstanding experiences for our clients.
Needed Qualifications:
Excellent English Communication Skills (conversational and assertive)
High School Graduates without experience are welcome
Shifters must have six months of BPO experience or with Telco Experience
