Job Description
At least college level with minimum of 1yr. sales/customer service experience
Willing to do fieldwork within Davao City when demanded
Willing to work Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Good oral and written communication skills; proficiency in English and Filipino languages.
Strong interpersonal skills; pleasant, able to relate well with all internal and external customers.
Can start immediately
Computer literate (at least Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint
Resposibilities
Ensures the accurate inventory of tools and that usage and return of tools are properly recorded on a daily basis
Maintains a logbook to track the tools
Ensures the systematic and timely filing of all technical department documents
Summarizes the concerns or problems reported by Technical and Sales team and submits this to the General Manager
Provides strong support in reaching monthly sales quota by actively contributing to the successful execution of marketing plans and adherence to company regulations that will result to client satisfaction and smooth working transition to Sales Department.
