Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with strong communication skills to assist clients with inquiries, provide financial product information, and resolve issues promptly and efficiently in accordance with regulatory guidelines for our US financial accounts.

Minimum Requirements?
- At least 18 years old
- At least 6 months call center experience
- Savvy in computer & internet navigation
- Good to Excellent communication skills
- Amenable to Work Onsite
