Trainer Engineer Mechanical (Php 45000 / Pasig)

Position: Academy Trainer (Mechanical)
Salary: Php 30,000 – Php 45,000

Location: Pasig & Cebu City
Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive training materials and modules for Air conditioning products, covering technical specifications, installation, service and maintenance procedures
• Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for internal members, contractors, developers, and consultants.
• Collaborate with Headquarters Engineering team to stay updated on new features and technologies.
• Provide Technical Support to Sales Team and Customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring a deep understanding of Air Conditioning products
• Continuously assess training effectiveness, making adjustments to improved learning outcome.
• Manage the training facility, making sure that all equipment and tools are in good condition.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or TESDA Graduate with prior experience to conduct training.
• With or without license for Mechanical Engineering or TESDA NCII Certification
• Proven experience in training, preferably in HVAC or Air-Conditioning Industry
• Strong Understanding of air-conditioner products and basic concepts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to tailor contents for various audiences, including technical and non-technical individual
• Willingness to travel for training sessions and workshops.
