Responsibilities:
• Talent Sourcing: Identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, referrals, etc.
• Candidate Screening: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidates' qualifications for specific roles.
• Coordination: Managing the interview process by scheduling interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth recruitment pipeline.
• Building Relationships: Cultivating relationships with potential candidates, maintaining a talent pool, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Metrics and Reporting: Tracking recruitment metrics, analyzing data, and preparing reports to evaluate recruitment strategies' effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
• Experience in Recruitment: Minimum of 7-9 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with demonstrated expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates.
• Recruitment Techniques: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and various sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
• Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and recruitment pipelines efficiently.
• Analytical Aptitude: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
• Willing to report in Makati (if requested)

Tech Requirements:
• Laptop or Desktop Core i3 Processor-8GB RAM
• At least Windows 10
• At least Microsoft Offices 2013
• Mobile Phone for work use
• Strong Internet connection with at least 10Mbps for own use
• Backup internet connection incase of down system on the internet provider´s end.
• Quiet and conducive designated Work Area with table and chair.
Salary:
40.000,00 ₱ Monthly
