Job Description
1. Monitors all building operational equipment and facilities
2. Tabulates hourly the heat exchanger temperature and pressure readings
3. Monitors and controls the operation of all elevators
4. Monitors and controls the building fire alarm system
5. Records all significant events monitored at BMS
6. Prepares weekly status report
Occasional:
1. Replaces CCTV tapes
2. Repairs minor work on BMS equipment
