Job Description
With culinary experience specializing on Korean cuisine
Responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within the section, and ensuring that kitchen activities operate in a timely manner
Knowledge in good manufacturing practices is an advantage
Knowledge in product development, Food styling and menu costing.
Qualifications:
ü Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any F&B related course
ü At least 3 Year(s) of working experience as Head Cook in a reputable establishment.
ü With product development experience
ü Knowledge of food costing, Operations, and People Management
ü Required language(s): English, Filipino
ü Available to start as soon as possible
ü Strong customer service, interpersonal communications, and people skills
