Customer Service Representative/Financial Account

• Responsible for telephone and written correspondence to customers and Field sales to pursue collections of Foodservice, Food Retail and National accounts.
• Review and submit billing documents.
• Using creativity in credit extension by use of secondary protection to include job/projects, letters of credit, pre-lien notices, personal and cross-corporate guarantees and all other credit tools available
• Assist in state audits and ensure proper documentation of past, present, and future visitation schedule
