Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
What are we looking for?
• A High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (new Curriculum)
• Good to Excellent Communication skills
• Must be residing within McKinley Taguig
• At least 6 months Call center Experience
