RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Monitor the incoming and outgoing Request for Quotation
2. Compares the bid plans in order to prepare a Bid Query
3. Identify the specifications for estimation purposes
4. Quantify the items from the Bid Plans and prepare a detailed BOQ
5. Assign price estimates per item
6. Compares the awarded rates vs the actual site requirement and prepares a Change Order
Proposal for any variation
7. Canvass the current price of Hardwares from Local Suppliers
