Job Description
2. Maintain client satisfaction and VA engagement by building and establishing client - VA smooth working relationship
3. Cater to work related concerns of both clients and VAs
4. Monitor VA performance and attendance
5. Administer assessments, coaching logs, and training sessions.
6. Prepare incident reports for infractions committed by VAs
7. Recommend modifications to or creation of new process and procedures that are more effective and efficient.
