Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service experiences that leave a positive impact.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Needed Qualifications:
Education: Completed at least two years in college (no back subjects).
You need at least six months of BPO or contact center experience. One year or more of solid customer service experience.
Codes experienced of 1-2 years tend to have higher chances of passing, especially FI.
