Job Description
Work location : Makati City.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Develop and execute Sales and Marketing Strategy
• Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process and resource to create and execute winning
solution sales strategies
• Work through leads to Sales on CRM
• Manage and track customer interaction and transactional information in a CRM system
• Give presentations, product demos and general support to prospective customers.
• Enhance the company’s branding by increasing visibility, awareness and engagement in Various online platforms and/or offline channels
• Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
• Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff.
• Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts.
• Works with Customer Success (Implementation and Support) team to ensure Client Satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 2 years related experience in HRIS SaaS sales
• Willing to travel for business trips to meet clients
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Outgoing, highly-motivated, aggressive, ambitious and competitive
• IT and HR background is a plus
