Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Delight our customers with exceptional service through effective communication and problem-solving.
Respond with a friendly and helpful attitude to customer inquiries. Resolve issues.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive customer experience.
Needed Qualifications:
Have outstanding English communication skills and computer literacy.
If you are currently in college or have completed at least 1 year, you do not need any work experience.
High school/Sr. High School graduates are welcome. They need at least 1 year of solid work experience in a Customer Service-related field.
