Job Description
Qualifications:
• 1 year clinical experience
• Active PRC License
• Experience in BPO Voice account is preferred
• Good Communication Skills
• 4 months training onsite Hybrid set up (1-2 days per week needs to report onsite while on training)
• Nesting they can request for a Work from home set up

Responsibilities:
• Candidate must be self-motivated and have the ability to perform in a team environment.
• The ability to work flexible shifts is essential.
• The job will require taking phone calls from providers, and providing ERs, claim numbers, and bill
status updates.
