QUALIFICATIONS:

At least high school level/graduate



Amenable to work during holidays and weekends



Great team player



Can work under pressure



At least 1-2 years experience is an advantage.



Fast learner and is receptive.



Displays good work ethics.



Reliable and felixible.

Your application will include the following questions:

How many years' experience do you have as a Kitchen Staff?

Do you have customer service experience?

Are you available to work public holidays?



Cook responsibilities include the ff but not limited to:

Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment

Preparing ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)

Cooking food in various utensils or grillers

Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served

Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen

Ensure all food and other items are stored properly

Check quality of ingredients

Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
