Salesforce Engineer

The Role

● Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
● Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure system stability.
● Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures related to Salesforce development and configuration.
● Develop, test, and deploy high-quality code in accordance with best practices and coding standards.
● Ensure successful integration of Salesforce with other applications and platforms through APIs and middleware.
● Communicate effectively with members of software development and other project related groups to ensure processes and project objectives are met.
● Provide guidance and tutoring as necessary to other team members in best practices, tool use, and principles.

The Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
● Basic understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and experience with Java is a plus.
● Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Salesforce Engineer
● Intermediate skills and knowledge of the Salesforce platform and technologies such as Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components.
● Eagerness to learn and grow in a new role.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
● The candidate must be able to articulate ideas clearly and interact professionally with team members.
● The candidate should demonstrate a strong enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies, tools, and methodologies.
● Experience with Azure supporting IaaS and PaaS software implementations.
● Experience in software engineering with ability to debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks.

Work Set-Up:

● Project base, contract extendable
● Hybrid set-up (1/2 x onsite) per week
● Location: BGC, Taguig
● Night/Mid Shift
