Job Description

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting.
• Required 1-2 years’ experience in Accounting.
• Preferably knowledgeable in SAP B1.
• Required skill(s): high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word.
• Must have high attention to detail and accuracy; multi-tasking; analytical & critical thinking.
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidential information.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Must be residing in NCR & amenable to onsite work arrangement.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino.

Responsibilities:
• Candidate will perform and coordinate accounting & bookkeeping duties within our organization.
• Prepare financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, preparing tax returns preparations, and performing other accounting duties as included in the daily, weekly, and monthly workflow.
• Preparing accounting reports.
• Responsible for all monthly, quarterly, annual tax remittances and other submissions to BIR & government institutions.
• Updating transaction and entries in SAP B1.
• Assists in and prepares the requirements in the annual audit.
• Performs bookkeeping functions by maintaining accuracy of data in financial books & maintaining an organized record of all financial transactions.
