Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers and assist them with inquiries, problem resolution, and product information. Do so in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
Needed Qualifications
