With growing paint demands in the 90's, a bigger plant was set up in Cabuyao, Laguna, South of Manila in 1996 with an estimated capacity of 2,500tons/month. In 1995, Paint Marketing Company Philippines Inc. was established as the exclusive and sole distributor of Nippon Paint products. Today, the Cabuyao plant is producing industrial paints for automotive, appliances, coils, motorcycles and other related industries. NPP also manufactures auto refinishes, and varnishes. To make our products available throughout the country and to give the best possible services to our customers, a distribution network is set up. With more than 10 big dealers all over the Philippines, PMC creates an efficient channel that will reach out to the increasing demand of quality yet reasonably priced products. Job Description

* Manage the company's comprehensive Sealant, Adhesive and Filler (SAF) product portfolio.
* Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets, developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize opportunities.
* Attend to sales inquiries, arrange quotations, and provide product information to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Monitor customer accounts and ensure prompt collection of outstanding payments.
* Present company products/solutions at trade shows, seminars, workshops, conferences, etc.
identify and establish partnerships with key industry users such as precast manufacturers and window installers.
* Expand our distribution network to reach new markets and increase product/ service visibility.
* Stay abreast of market competitors, products, applications, and relevant technologies in various market segments, including hardware, construction, industrial, automotive aftermarket and modern trade.
* Establish and maintain healthy business relationship with customers.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Management, Chemical Studies, Material Science or any related business discipline.
* At least 2 years of working experience in Sales and Marketing. Experience in Adhesive, Sealant, Coating, Waterproofing or construction chemical industry would be an advantage.
* Dynamic individuals with strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
