Job Description

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
 Strictly Graduate of BA or BS Degree in Marketing Management.
 At least 3 years of work experience in Hospitality Industry and Real Estate
(Condominiums)
 With strong communication skills.
 Experienced in Fairs, Pop-ups and other events/functions.
 Willing to start immediately.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Design, develop and propose branding and pricing strategies.
 Ensures that brand message is strong and consistent across all marketing efforts
(events, email campaigns and promotional material).
 Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of
the competitor, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.
 Direct sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.

 Negotiate with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of the
promotional materials.
SALARY RANGE: 40-50K
