Job Description
Troubleshoot issues with a current system as they are identified
Conduct performance tests with specialized tools and adjust system settings
Troubleshoots, maintains, modifies and repairs heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems
Performs installation of mechanical systems to include piping and modifications to existing facility’s cooling systems
Monitors work done by outside contractors for adherence to state and federal code requirements and report back to supervisor
Perform any and all duties which may be assigned
Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on packaged units, split coil systems, air compressors, pumps, air handlers, air cooled condensers,
Installation of mechanical systems to include piping and modifications to existing facilities cooling systems
