● Years of Experience: 3 of relevant experience and working knowledge of Resource Management Practices
● Ability to identify efficiency measures and improvement approached
● Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
● Ability to coordinate with multiple teams
● Good written and verbal communication skills
● Data management, reporting skills and adept in spreadsheets and visualization tools such as Google Lookers Studio

OVERVIEW
Roles and Responsibilities
● Collecting data on resource allocation, utilization, profiles and onboarding
● Implementing relevant Resource Management metrics in order to determine the efficiency and impact of the workforce
● Analyzing data and statistics for trends with regard to sourcing practices, turnover/ attrition, and compliance with Gcash principles and practices.
● Optimizing and implementing new data processes and systems
● Compiling reports of data results for stakeholder presentations
● Recommending improvements and ways to elevate Resource Management practices
● Reviewing and updating resource requests, endorsements and active pool
