Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Responsible with the overall regulatory compliance, such as with BIR, SEC, etc
-Ensure accurate and timely filing of all tax returns and other compliance/reportorial
requirements
-Handle all on-going tax assessments, including liaising with BIR offices, document
submission, and drafting of letter responses
-Lead and manage a team of taax accountants, including their workload distribution
and training and development
-Provide advice on tax implications of company practices, policies, and transactions
Devise and implement strategic tax planning to reduce tax liabilities and improve
tax processes
-Collaborate with other relevant departments in addressing tax-related concerns and/or
inquiries
-Prepare and present relevant reports to the department head and management
-Act as the main contact point or person in-charge for all tax-related concerns
-To perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

REQUIREMENTS
- CPA holder
-At least 5 years of experience in corporate tax
-Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and accounting principles
-Experience with handling tax audits and internal tax compliance reviews
-Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
-Proficient in MS Office and other business applications
-Willing to report onsite in Makati
Salary:
100.000,00 ₱ Monthly
