Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
Handle sales inquiries and upsell products. This is a must-have for those without BPO experience. It's a nice-to-have for those with BPO experience.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Needed Qualifications:
High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate.
3 months of non-voice/local call center experience.
Sales and upselling skills are a must-have for those without BPO experience. They are nice to have for those with BPO experience.
