Job Description

Calendar Management
Email Management
Organizing virtual files
Add leads and contacts in the database
Preparing of the to-do list ( assist in overseeing daily activities, webinars, meetings, etc.)
Reaching out to clients for reminders and setting up appointments if necessary.
Take important messages or answer basic inquiries on your behalf (if applicable)
Send reminders or invitations through the suggested platform (call, email or text)
Help create a system in place and synchronize all my platform (calendly, zoom and google calendar to name some)
Oversee administrative tasks
