Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Answering and screening telephone calls, and responding to emails, messages, and other correspondence.
• Managing multiple or complex calendars for meetings, travel and personal commitments
• Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence accurately and swiftly.
• Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to gather quotes, order supplies and maintain office inventory
• Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible

Qualifications:
• With strong background in constructions company
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
• Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role
• Proficient in MS Office and other business communications, preferably with SAP background
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilitie
• Strong knowledge of databases and tracking systems.
• Fantastic organizational skills and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary:
19.000,00 ₱ Monthly
