Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from customers or clients and addressing their concerns or questions.
- Making outgoing calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to market products or services.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to the internationals
- Be the first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints
- Respond professionally to inbound phone calls, including urgent situations
What we need:
- College Graduate - NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- HS/SHS Grad or College Undergraduate
- Must be willing to WORK ONSITE
- Can Start ASAP!!
- Good to Excellent English communication skills
