A travel agent is a professional who specializes in planning and booking travel arrangements for individuals or groups. They provide expert advice, personalized recommendations, and assistance in arranging flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and other travel-related services. Travel agents leverage their knowledge of destinations, travel trends, and industry partnerships to create customized itineraries that meet clients' preferences and budgetary constraints. Whether planning leisure vacations, business trips, or special events, travel agents streamline the booking process, handle logistics, and offer peace of mind by addressing any concerns or unforeseen challenges that may arise during travel. Overall, travel agents play a valuable role in simplifying travel planning and enhancing the overall travel experience for their clients.

As a CALL CENTER AGENT, you are the primary brand advocate of the account you will be assigned to. You will deliver outstanding support to the customers and clients of the world’s biggest and most sought-after brands.

Minimum Requirements?
• At least 3 months BPO exp
• At least high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
• Good to excellent English communication skills
