We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team and assist in various aspects of real estate operations.

Position: Real Estate Broker Assistant
Responsibilities:

Support the Broker in the preparation and processing of real estate documents, contracts, and agreements.
Develop and execute effective advertising strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers and tenants.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of property listings, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Coordinate with clients, agents, and service providers to facilitate smooth transactions and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:

College Graduate or at least 2 years in college.
Previous experience in real estate administration, marketing, or a similar role is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and optimization of google.
Creative and resourceful in doing advertisements.
Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in the Philippines is advantageous.
