Job Description
Responsible for the management of warehouse storage, picking, inventory, returns, and other sections;
Reasonably allocate personnel to optimize processes, improve operational efficiency, reduce operational costs, and increase satisfaction;
Able to conduct effective data analysis and achieve business data indicators;
Responsible for employee training and management, building a talent pool;
Responsible for cross departmental communication and coordinating problem-solving.
Job Qualification:
Have management experience and can accept night shifts. Priority will be given to having experience as a logistics industry leader;
Result oriented, familiar with the workflow of e-commerce logistics, warehousing, and orders is preferred;
Possess good on-site coordination skills, proactive, hardworking, strong sense of responsibility, and able to withstand significant work pressure.
Able to work Monday to Saturday
Able to work onsite
