Responsible for handling large amounts of customer calls. The main responsibility is to provide all the necessary answers and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- At least High School Grad
- Good Excellent Communication Skills
- Minimum of 1 year Customer Service Experience (BPO or Non-BPO)
- AM Requirement: B2 AM Score or up
- Basic Analytical Score
