Job Description
Assisting customers with inquiries and concerns.
Identifying and resolving problems or complaints.
Escalating complex issues as needed.
Adhering to policies and guidelines for communication.
Handling multiple calls and managing call duration.
Qualification
At least Highschool Graduate with Customer Facing Experience
SHS Grad / College Undergrad / College Grad no experience needed
Call center experience is not required but an advantage
With Good to Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
Amenable to Work Onsite
