Job Description

-Provide support to office operations by handling various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. Assisting office staff, organizing documents, and facilitating communication.
-Provide customer service support by answering inquiries, assisting visitors, and directing calls to the appropriate staff members. They ensure that all inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
-Responsible for entering data into computer systems accurately and efficiently.
-Support various office procedures and tasks, including photocopying, scanning, faxing, and distributing documents
