Your Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.

Needed Qualifications
at least 1 to 3 years in a user-facing or back of house airline industry or travel agency role, and in-depth experience with Sabre/Amadeus GDS
Senior High School graduate (New Curriculum)
Good typing skills
Good fit for B2 communication
