Job Description

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Makati. The location of this role is in Alphaland. You will work with our Retail account.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution. Ensure a positive experience.
Provide accurate and efficient support through various communication channels, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
Collaborate with the team to contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Needed Qualifications:
High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
At least 18 years old and above
Good communication skills
