Job Description

Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service? We're hiring a Customer Service Representative in Mandaluyong-Shaw for our Printer Account.

Your Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with technical support for Printer-related inquiries.
Use your IT/Engineering background to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Collaborate with the team to create exceptional experiences for our clients.

Needed Qualifications

Completed high school (Old curriculum) or are an ALS Graduate,
have a background in IT/Engineering
at least 1year of BPO experience in a technical role, we want to hear from you!
