Job Description

Sound Connection Phils Inc / Staff Outsourcing Solutions
is currently looking for an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT for an onsite assignment (graveyard shift).

We are seeking top-notch talent with the following skills:
* Digital Asset Centralization
* Digital Marketing Strategy and Agency Relations
* Operational Efficiency
* Integration Structure for onboarding of new practices

Other Responsibilities:
* Updating / modernizing Facebook pages
* Managing social media calendars and working with practices to generate local content
* Organizing / managing the media library
* Organizing / managing marketing vendor invoices, receipts, contracts, etc
* Creation / implementation / centralization of Google Analytics containers for each of the practice websites
* Implementation / management of a directory (e.g., Google Business Page) syndication utility to centralize management of the practice directory listings
* Claim all unclaimed listings on directories like Google, Bing, Yelp and LinkedIn
* Review solicitation / reputation management
* Data consolidation / reporting
* General admin (email triage, scheduling, meeting prep, etc)
