Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Handle voice interactions for Project River - Retail account.
Collaborate with the team to create outstanding experiences for our clients.
Needed Qualifications
At least a high school graduate (Old Curriculum).
You must have handled international voice accounts. Or, you must have three months of direct sales experience from other industries.
