Job Title: Recruiter(Commission Based)
Location: Miami, Florida (Remote)

Job Description:
The primary role of the “Recruiter” is to find the best possible candidate for each role. The Recruiter is to source, screen, and select qualified candidates who will proceed to the next steps of the company application process. The recruiter should be able to find the best talents possible not limited to job boards, social media, and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing and attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Conducting resume reviews and initial screening through applicants to fill open positions making sure each candidate who fills out the application form is qualified.
• Communicate with the Recruiting Manager regarding the status of each open position.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven local and international recruiting experience for at least a year
• Flexibility
• Strong analytical and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent conversational English (Written and Spoken).
• Open-mindedness and discretion (comfortable working in the adult entertainment industry)
Salary & Schedule
Commission-based (Depending on the role that has been filled range is $50-$200)
And Flexible hours. Placed candidates should be able to pass the two-week performance review to qualify for commission(Performance review after 2 weeks, depending on the performance an hourly rate between $2-3.50/hr will be provided).
