Forklift Operator

1. Responsible in loading the Finished Goods to delivery personnel, customer or product representative based from the
instruction of the outbound checker.
2. Ensures that the products for delivery are with the correct batch/lot number according to covering documents, have
no physical defects, properly tagged and are correctly stockpiled prior delivery following established warehousing
procedure.
3. Assist in loading of Finished Goods for local and export shipment.
4. Receive and store returned and/or rejected Finished Goods to designated area
5. Conforms to the prescribed rules on forklift operations and maintenance, hygiene and personnel safety.
6. Ensures that his/her assigned forklift is clean and in proper working condition before the start and after the end of his
shift.
7. Operates his/her forklift carefully.
8. Performs his/her assigned task according to prescribed procedures and instructions.
9. Responsible for the timely and accurate recording of data, and/or other documents as assigned by his/her superior.
10. Ensures that he performs his work assignment complying with prescribed proper warehousing, GMP, sanitation and
safety standards and instructions.
11. Informs his/her superior of material, tools and other supplies needed for his use, as needed.
12. Responsible for the forklift and tools assigned to him/her.
13. May relieve other forklift operator.
14. Attends to general housekeeping chores in the Warehouse to make sure that it is always kept clean and orderly.
15. Assists in conducting physical inventory.
16. Segregates non-conforming FG and immediately informs his/her superior about the non-conformance.
17. Perform other task that may be assigned by his/her superior.
