Job Overview:

As a Sales Agent specializing in plastic packaging, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our range of plastic packaging solutions to potential clients in various industries. Your primary focus will be on understanding the unique packaging needs of clients, providing tailored solutions, and building lasting relationships. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual that are willing to learn new things about plastic packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

1. Initiate and maintain relationships with potential clients through direct outreach, networking, and industry events.
Understand clients' packaging requirements and offer customized solutions.
Product Knowledge:

2. Develop a comprehensive understanding of our plastic packaging products and services.
Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our packaging solutions.
Sales Presentations:

3. Conduct engaging presentations to showcase our plastic packaging offerings.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections with professionalism and product knowledge.

4. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Provide insights and feedback to the company regarding market dynamics.
Negotiation and Contracting:

5. Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress.
Provide regular reports on sales performance to the Sales Manager or Director.

6.Customer Support:
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Address any post-sales inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
