Job Description

As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, from understanding user requirements to designing, coding, testing, and maintaining applications. You will work closely with other team members, including analysts, designers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet client needs.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
-Proven experience as an Application Developer or Software Developer.
-Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or others depending on the technology stack.
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-Japanese Level: N2 to Native Level

Preferred Skills:
-Experience with specific technologies, frameworks, and tools relevant to the organization's tech stack.
-Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
-Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
-Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
-Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
