Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities
Delight our clients with exceptional customer service through various channels.
Resolve inquiries and issues.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Needed Qualifications
High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
1-year BPO Experience, any account will do, regardless if it's voice or non-voice
Familiarity with Mobile Financial Apps is a plus
